Today I decided to finally retry C25k. This is probably my fifth or so attempt at the program; I’ve never been able to make it past week 3. In the past, I’d been able to get through week 1, struggle through week 2, and fail on week 3 and then quit. Today though, it’s feeling like it’s going to be harder than ever.
I’m in the worse shape I’ve ever been in. Or at least, it feels that way. I’ve lost a total of 34lbs from my highest weight, but I haven’t exercised consistently since 2015 when I quit going to the gym. I have a sedentary desk job and most of my hobbies include sitting as well. So suffice it to say, I’m exceptionally out of shape.Continue reading Yet another attempt at C25k
